Citrus Valley Health Partners was created in 1994 after three established and well-respected local health care providers—Inter-Community Medical Center, Queen of the Valley Hospital and Citrus Valley Hospice—decided to combine forces to create the most comprehensive and caring health care system in the East San Gabriel Valley.
Serving a community of over 900,000 people, Citrus Valley Health Partners is dedicated to providing quality health care from the beginning of life through its final days. Through state-of-the-art facilities and services like our newly expanded Heart Center, our cancer support groups and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, our name has become synonymous with affordable and considerate full-continuum health care.
Created after the merger in 1994 by combining the successful efforts of Queen of the Valley Foundation and Inter-Community Medical Center Foundation, the Citrus Valley Health Foundation is the fundraising entity for our two nonprofit medical hospitals, the hospice facility and their programs. Because of its not-for-profit status, Citrus Valley Health Partners must rely heavily on the generosity of donors to ensure our continued survival. The Foundation’s mission is to develop philanthropic support for our institutions through charitable contributions and community awareness.
